Sara Kroll, LPC-A, provides holistic, person-centered therapy for children, teens, adults, and families. She believes clients already possess the capacity for change and works collaboratively to help them access their strengths, build insight, and develop practical coping skills.


Sara integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Gestalt techniques to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and goal-directed growth. Her style is warm, direct, and structured, balancing compassion with clear guidance and psychoeducation.


In addition to individual therapy, Sara facilitates anger management and intensive outpatient (IOP) groups in substance use treatment settings, bringing valuable experience in behavioral patterns, emotional regulation, and recovery. She earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sacred Heart University and aims to help clients feel supported, grounded, and empowered.
