Logistics & Common Therapy Questions

  • Do you accept insurance?

Yes. Wholistic Perspective accepts most major insurance plans. Our administrative team will verify your benefits before your first appointment and help you understand any copays or out-of-pocket costs. We aim to make therapy accessible and transparent from the start.

  • Is this offered virturaly or in person?

Most therapy sessions are offered virtually for flexibility and convenience. In-person availability may vary by provider and location. Virtual sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure privacy and comfort.

  • How often will I meet with my therapist?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build consistency and momentum. As progress is made, frequency may shift to biweekly or monthly based on your goals and clinical needs. Your therapist will collaborate with you to determine what structure feels supportive and appropriate.

  • Do you work with children and teens?

Yes. We work with children, adolescents, and adults. Approximately 30% of our clients are children or teens. Our clinicians tailor treatment approaches to be developmentally appropriate and supportive for each age group.

  • Can I combine therapy with medication management?

Yes. Many clients benefit from an integrated approach that includes both therapy and medication management. Our team works collaboratively to coordinate care when appropriate, ensuring treatment is aligned, thoughtful, and centered on your overall well-being.
