Sarah is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern at Wholistic Perspective, currently completing her graduate training and working with clients under supervision. She works with adolescents and adults, supporting individuals through emotional challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, with a focus on creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and respected.

Sarah is pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is completing her supervised clinical internship with training grounded in ethical, trauma-informed, and evidence-based practices. Outside of work, she enjoys creative outlets such as rug making and stained glass.
