Matthew Cieplicki, PMHNP Intern

Matthew is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) student at Yale University. At Wholistic Perspective, he works alongside PMHNPs and Licensed Professional Counselors, gaining experience in medication management and therapeutic interventions.

He has approximately five years of healthcare experience, including inpatient psychiatry as a Nursing Assistant and Orthopedic Trauma as a Registered Nurse. Matthew currently works as a Registered Nurse at South Center Rehabilitation Center in New Haven while completing his master’s degree.

Matthew enjoys working with adults and older adults and is especially passionate about supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, and addiction. He strives to create a compassionate, welcoming environment and believes in caring for the whole person rather than focusing solely on diagnoses.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys running, playing basketball and volleyball, video games, and spending time with his cat.
