Carrie Czekierda, LPC-A

Anxiety, Depression, Addiction & Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy  for Teens and Adults

Carrie Czekierda is a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and the challenges of being neurodivergent in a world that doesn’t always understand. She offers a supportive space where clients can feel seen, accepted, and free to show up as they are—without pressure to explain or perform.

Carrie’s approach is person-centered and collaborative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strength-based practices. She tailors therapy to each individual, meeting clients with flexibility and care whether they are exploring recovery, learning to regulate emotions, or seeking greater self-understanding and connection.

Carrie believes healing happens through relationship, safety, and compassion. She understands how difficult it can be to take the first step into therapy and strives to create a warm, affirming environment where clients feel supported as they move forward—one step at a time.
