Samantha Eidinger

LPC Intern

Sam is currently pursuing her second master's degree at Sacred Heart University for Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Having transitioned from the realm of theatre to the field of mental health, she leverages her theatrical background to help craft therapeutic spaces where individuals can take the lead in their personal growth. Sam's dedication extends to individuals anywhere in their life’s journey, with a particular focus on perinatal mental health, serving as a member and volunteer care coordinator for Postpartum Support International. She aims to seamlessly integrate her core values of this specialization into her work with all clients - validating difficult feelings without judgment, maintaining connection with one’s authentic self, and letting go of unrealistic expectations that no longer align with their values and story. Sam employs a client-centered approach while leveraging grounding and mindfulness techniques. She believes in guiding her clients toward balance and serenity amid life's complexities, and aspires to be a resource of hope, acceptance, and healing for

all those she has the privilege to assist.
